At BYK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unused sports equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, simply return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
